Experience/Background
Since 1981 Chris has been on of the pioneers in feedback based
training and executive coaching with industry leaders like IBM,
Citibank, and Apple. Prior to joining Keilty, Goldsmith &
Company, he was a staff consultant at the Center for Leadership
Studies. Chris has worked with executives and their teams in developing
excellence in leadership and management. Chris takes a realistic,
down to earth, common sense approach in designing and conducting
workshops in leadership, management, teambuilding, and influencing
without authority The workshops are highly customized to the organizations
culture, strengths, and areas that need improvement. The primary
purpose of any engagement is to improve performance, not merely
communicate information. The executive and management coaching
has become the natural extension of the performance improvement
process.
