Prism, Ltd. is a consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of behavioral coaching, practical leadership, management, and teambuilding practices.

Prism is on the forefront of leadership development.  We are currently taking the lead in the development of the "Train the Coach" training for the A4SL network.

The basis of Prism's efforts is to help translate the vision of leadership for the organization into measurable actions and behaviors. Our strength is in integrating the Marshall Goldsmith Behavioral Coaching process with powerful training methodology to foster quantifiable high impact, long-term learning of targeted leadership behaviors.

The uniqueness of our approach is to tailor training and feedback to the skills necessary to achieve the organization's operational goals through a process that blends the required "back-on-the-job" leadership with a powerful full length film case study where participants evaluate characters from the film on the same behaviors as they have been evaluated. This process has proven to dramatically reduce defensiveness and increase the taking of positive steps to improve personal leadership behavior.

Prism's success formula combines research with practical application of leadership and management practices. Our consultants work one-on-one with executives and management teams to develop a value-added process that enhances the leadership ability of the organization.

The challenge for consulting firms and their clients is to build in the necessary reinforcement to transform old leadership habits into new, more profitable, habits. How to build in the appropriate level of "feedforward" to leaders on an ongoing basis is a key issue. Prism has been experimenting, with its more progressive clients, methods for providing the continual benchmarking needed to achieve true change. This continues to be an exciting partnership effort.
