Respondent access to the Internet. Our current system has been designed for a Netscape browser (version 1.1 and 1.2). We chose Netscape because of it's presence in the marketplace. Many browsers are compatible with Netscape (i.e., American Online Services, etc.). If you have a different standard within your organization, Prism will be happy to have Scantron design and test for your environment as well.
No - If data is required from individuals without access to the Internet, surveyOnline has the capability to print a copy of a survey for completion.
Yes - SurveyOnline was developed by Prism, Ltd., a Management Development Consulting firm. We have customized surveys for organizations for over fourteen years. We will work closely with your organization to create a totally customized survey or you can use a survey currently being used within your organization.
Yes - Our system allows for data entry and written comments.
Prism has taken the ultimate in security precautions by collecting data on a web server owned by Scantron, Inc. in a separate building. Scantron does not score the data. Data is automatically uploaded to Prism's scoring system located at a different site. The surveyOnline scoring system that stores and compiles data has no connection to the outside world.
Prism's surveyOnline provides scrambled security codes. Security codes are generated at random and are only active for a designated period of time. For individual participants receiving feedback, the participant has full responsibility as to whom shall receive their personal security code.
